REFUND POLICY Giving Out Refunds If you are able to get a refund for your product, you can select the preferable option from the table below. You receive a refund for the price you paid for the returned item plus the delivery cost.
Depending on the return option you have chosen, there may be a wait time. The following are the anticipated turnaround time frames for refund processing after we receive your merchandise (2–3 working days) and it has undergone quality control (1-2 working days):
1.If Payment Method is Cash on Delivery (COD) then Refund Option will may be either Refund Voucher (time 2 to 3working days) or Bank deposite will take 4 to 5 days.
2.If payment Method is Sauravi's Voucher then Refund Option will be Refund Voucher (time 2 to 3days).
In case of E-Sewa Payment method :Refund will be credited to the same eSewa wallet (time 3 to 4working days) 3 working days
IME Pay To be credited to IME Pay Wallet 3 working days
Card Payment: 1. In case of Debit Card or Credit Card : Refund will be credited into respective card in 8 to 10 working days.
